You can reach Zilker Park via shuttle (summertime), bus, bike, on foot, rideshare, or personal vehicle. During special events, traffic patterns typically change, and access or parking may be limited in some areas. Check each event website for details.

Cycle or Walk

There are sidewalks and bike paths around the perimeter of the park along Barton Springs Road, and sidewalks along Azie Morton. There are two MetroBike Austin stations near the park.

CapMetro Bus

Use CapMetro’s Trip Planner feature! Can be combined with MetroBike Austin to get to the park from South Lamar and Barton Springs Road.

Drive

There is surface parking located throughout the park, as well as five “park and walk” locations. View the Parking and Transportation options map for more details.
